Anatomy of a [Sexy] GUI
Author: Frederick06 23rd, 2008
The prototype of the Automatic Power Cycling Network (APCN) Kiosk Software used the default Windows CE Shell. The default shell reminded you of the Windows 98 theme, what Microsoft now affectionately calls the Classic theme. It reeked of drab, flat colors and boxy frames. Common sense dictates that the buttons must be big enough for the fingers to touch and text to be read.
